About orders
Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Since this is a made-to-order product that is finished after your order is placed, it will usually be shipped within 2-4 business days.
Your creation will be shipped from a Gelato partner workshop near you.
Q. What is the difference between framed and unframed?
Framed items are delivered as a finished product, combining a wooden frame with shatter-resistant plexiglass.
The unframed version is just an art print, which you can enjoy in your own frame.
Q. What size is it?
Each piece is available in multiple sizes.
You can find both inches and cm measurements in the "Specifications" section of each product page.
Printing and quality
Q. What kind of paper is it printed on?
Printed on premium, archival-quality matte paper (acid-free).
It beautifully expresses overlapping colors and soft gradations, and is suitable for long-term storage.
Q. Do the colors look the same as on the screen?
We have tried to reproduce the colors as faithfully as possible, but there may be slight differences in color depending on your monitor environment.
Please rest assured that the finish has been adjusted so as not to spoil the atmosphere of the work.
About shipping and delivery
Q. What is the shipping method?
Your order will be shipped from a Gelato partner workshop with a tracking number.
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided after shipping.
Q: Where will it be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from the Gelato factory closest to your delivery address.
(e.g. Japan, America, Europe, etc.)
Q. Can I order from overseas?
Yes, you can order from anywhere in the world.
Please check the shipping information on each product page for available delivery destinations.
Payment
Q. What payment methods are available?
We accept online payments such as credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Please check the available payment methods on the checkout screen.
Returns and cancellations
Q. What if there is a problem with the product?
If there is any damage or printing defects, please contact us with a photo within 7 days of receiving the product.
After checking the contents, we will resend the item or provide a refund.
Q. Can I cancel?
As this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
However, we may be able to accommodate your request before shipping, so please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would like to use the images for store decoration or as a background for photography, please contact us in advance.
You can enjoy it without any problems as long as it is for personal use.
Q. Can I send it as a gift?
Yes, we can also deliver directly to the recipient.
No invoice showing the price will be included, so you can use it with confidence as a gift.
