We have compiled a list of the process from ordering to delivery, as well as some frequently asked questions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us .


Ordering process

  1. Ordering : Select size etc. on the product page and add to cart.
  2. Print-on-demand : Once your order is confirmed, printing begins at our partner workshop (usually within 2-5 business days ).
  3. Packaging and shipping : After inspection, products are shipped from each regional base via the shortest route.
  4. Delivery : Received from the delivery company (tracking number available).

*Delivery may be extended by a few days during busy periods, large sizes, framing options, etc.

Payment Methods

  • Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express etc.)
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
  • Amazon Pay (when enabled)

About Shipping

  • Estimated shipping time: Ships within 1-3 business days after printing is completed
  • Estimated delivery time: Domestic 2-7 days / International 5-14 days
  • Tracking: We will email you the tracking number
  • Shipping costs: Varies depending on product and delivery address (displayed on payment screen)

Returns and Exchanges

As prints are produced on-demand , we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly , please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will check the situation and either resend the item or provide a refund.

  • Please provide a photo of the outer box and contents upon arrival.
  • Please contact us in unused condition.

Frequently asked questions

What paper do you use?
We use high-quality matte fine art paper that brings out the atmosphere of the artwork, and print with pigment ink that is suitable for long-term preservation.
Can I have it framed?
Some products have frame options available, please see the options on the product page.
Is gift wrapping available?
We can accommodate some requests, but please contact us before placing your order.
Can you issue a receipt?
You can use the order completion email as a receipt. If you need a format, please contact us.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We may be able to accommodate your request before printing begins, so please contact us as soon as possible.
