We have compiled a list of the process from ordering to delivery, as well as some frequently asked questions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us .
Ordering process
- Ordering : Select size etc. on the product page and add to cart.
- Print-on-demand : Once your order is confirmed, printing begins at our partner workshop (usually within 2-5 business days ).
- Packaging and shipping : After inspection, products are shipped from each regional base via the shortest route.
- Delivery : Received from the delivery company (tracking number available).
*Delivery may be extended by a few days during busy periods, large sizes, framing options, etc.

- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express etc.)
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
- Amazon Pay (when enabled)

About Shipping
- Estimated shipping time: Ships within 1-3 business days after printing is completed
- Estimated delivery time: Domestic 2-7 days / International 5-14 days
- Tracking: We will email you the tracking number
- Shipping costs: Varies depending on product and delivery address (displayed on payment screen)

Returns and Exchanges
As prints are produced on-demand , we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly , please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will check the situation and either resend the item or provide a refund.
- Please provide a photo of the outer box and contents upon arrival.
- Please contact us in unused condition.
