These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store operated by Leaf Aloha (“the Store”) and define the conditions under which customers may use our website and related services (“the Service”). Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

All products offered by the Store are created through Print on Demand (POD) production and shipped directly from our printing partner, Gelato.
This website (hosted on Shopify) serves as a catalog and information platform. Some products may also be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.co.jp or other channels. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the respective platforms will take precedence.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Customers must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of third parties or the Store

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. While product images are actual or representative photos of the artworks, colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Article 5 (Order Confirmation and Payment)

A purchase agreement is established once your order has been confirmed and payment has been completed. Because all products are made to order, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted after confirmation. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Amazon Pay, and other options provided by Shopify or the respective sales platforms.

Article 6 (Shipping and Delivery)

Production and shipping begin after order confirmation. Orders are typically shipped within 8–14 business days. Shipping carriers, origin facilities, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and cannot be specified. For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Article 7 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preferences. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@leaf-aloha.com. Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All content on this website—including images, text, designs, and logos—is the property of the Store or the rightful owner and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or reusing any content without authorization.
